Take Sim's latest, smash it down a bit more to make it wider and shorter, add black detail just for the basics and I think you may be close.

Considering we wont be using a new logo until Forza 5 I would like to wait and see what shapes and fonts they offer and the layer max.... I am not a fan of the "Forza" font. I think we have some ok ideas going here but we will definitely have more to work with and as a result be able to make a much better logo in the new game on the new Xbox.

I really like those Sim! Simple, clean, recognizable after a while. I would go with the grey outlined one. Obviously lose the white corners.

Since I just had my last final for the semester yesterday, I've now got time to get to this

That's why I went with more of the generic shape of a sports car, I tried to aim for the edge glow like what you see in the Infiniti commercials awhile back. I also took that picture in Forza

Just had an idea, how bout we take a car from each series (ALMS, Rolex, etc.) and have those lined up.

I'd be for an automotive collage as our forum banner; I love any reason to whip up a panoramic image. The chosen cars may or may not be cars from our various series. It'd be killer to see a solid majority of our interests represented in the image.

I agree with Stalker's point. It sounds like we need to diverge and create one forum banner and one sticker. The banner can be as complex as we desire because we have a plethora of programs (and artists) to create it. K.I.S.S. [keep it simple, stupid] for the sticker. We only have Forza's livery editor and (excluding the spoiler) 500 layers is the greatest common factor for any given Forza car.

If we are making two separate images, keep the ideas rolling in. I like Sim's creation as a sticker.

iRacing has a MLB style logo, as for the car lineup, I'd need about 6-7 people (one for each of the series and a random photo-op car). Have them lineup in a V shape or a semi-circle and save the replay and such.

A semi-circle would work great. Drop a camera in the middle, shoot overlapping portrait photos, download the results and have a stitching program spit out a panorama.

Which track should we use as the backdrop?
