Updates and Information
Got some things I want to cover for PWC.
First off, Race 2 was a let down for me. I didn't finish so well in either race, but thats not really why it sucked for me. Heat 1 race was not too bad, but some racers were not able to run, and heat 2 was very disappointing. We lost several racers, and then when the race did begin we had severe lag issues, causing at least 2 racers to not make the second heat.
I appologize for what went down and its unfortunate that our new racers had such a bad experience.
Some changes are in order.
1) Some of the F4RR crew and myself will test a couple new ways to handle our 2nd heat and inverted ordering, hopefully this will avoid the dumping of racers when we back out of the lobby and start the new one.
2) We need to get everyone's connection on par, please check out Shatter's post.... https://forzaroadracing.forumotion.com/t483-your-internet-connection
This will be MANDATORY for all racers to read through and utilize. If you have questions or need help, please let me know.
3) I have moved a couple racers from dedicated drivers to special guest or temporary driver status. This was done to open up a couple spots for dedicated racers to run with us.
4) Please check with me before you invite someone else to run in our series. As much as I'm open to new racers, I also want to do a screening process of sorts. Their connection needs to be checked out and I want to race with them a bit before I say they are good to go. Please do not just invite them in to our room on race day.
5) Some build revisions are coming up. These are done per driver, not per car.
I'm open for suggestions to any of the above issues, as well as feedback or general coments.
The last thing I do want to say is as much as we all want to win, and competition is in our nature, the overall tone of this series is to have fun. I myself am not a ranked racer by any means, and I don't plan to get there with this series or any for that matter. I think most of the racers in this group fall into the same catagory. If you are up for super serious competiiton and can't take a few hiccups now and then, the series might not be for you.

Re: Updates and Information
as a new member of the site allow me two say thank you for having me:)
now on to the "lucked"or lag F'ed it was upseting because before we got into theQUAL room and the kids you all were talking about hoped in we had no problems with lag at all then rather then make the room private and sending invites one at a time people just started hoping in the room. so the kids who were causing the lag ended up wreaking people... it sucks when the guys who spend alot of time getting competitive get left behind for public lobby racers who's nat was clearly the problem....GRRRR;) That being said happy holidays and i look forward to mixing it up when we resume
@ max sorry brother we will make up for the way you went out!!!!

Re: Updates and Information
I'm happy to have you race with us.
The private room option will be utilized from now on, thats something I had planned for race 3 and on. I will let know whoever ends up being the race host that this is how the room will be set up.
