Saw this today

I kid you not, I saw this plate this morning as I was coming home from dropping off my uncle at the airport. It was on one of those super popular 1991 - 1996 Toyota Camrys, and the person is either a local or they're visiting someone locally. I haven't seen the plate before today though I saw them turn into a residential zone just a few blocks away from where I turn to get home.
