PWC Max Tribute Exhibition Race!

The gears have been turning on this for a little while now, but most of the details have been worked out and its time we show Max our appreciation for the bad ass designs, vinyls, and art work that we have used on not only our series cars, but our own race cars and personal projects.

We will be hosting a one event exhibition using our PWC cars and Max's designs. There is a little bonus though, we will be running split classes, 8 GTS cars and 8 GT cars. Specific race format is in the works, but the cars have been built, painted up, and are ready to go. The top 3 winners from the PWC Series will have first say as to what car they want to use, but the rest is first come first serve. This is a chance for everyone who raced in the PWC series to try a different GTS car or step up to a GT car.

The GT builds are on my storefront for sampling. When all the cars are chosen, I will gift your car build and Max will have the livery available for the coresponding car. I will post in the Schedule section of the PWC forum with the list of cars and their livery, as well as the date of the race itself.

Lets get a full field of racers, so we can get some good pictures, and possibly video (fender?) to showcase these awesome designs.

Wow! I thought it was a great idea using replicas, but did not expect the fanfare.
I have a personal connection with the PWC, so anything that has to do with the series, count on me. In fact, it was Stalker's interest in my WC designs that brought me to the F4RR forums. With Stalker's quality builds in the GTS series we just completed, plus his addition of the GT cars, I'm hoping we get a good turn out for this event and possibly see it come back as a regular series in the future.

For the winners of GT & GTS class, I will gift you, unlocked, the car your running and any car that ran in the event, customized with your number/name so on. Plus a bonus car!

Now I have to get back to the paint shop...

I'll post the details a bit later, but so far we have roughly 5 racers within the response of this thread, and I know several others have expressed interest online.

I would love to continue to host this series as long as we have interest. Hopefully Forza 5 will allow better online experience, and I'll do a dedicated GT/GTS multi-class series.

And Max, I'm pretty sure GTS will be a regular occurance...

OH HELL YEA!!!! This would be awesome. American Iron and PWC GT/GTS to me have the best replay value so I would love to run PWC after American Iron next year! Then maybe we can get someone to tackle the FM5 United SportsCar Racing GTLM/GTD/GX series as a follow up to Tux's amazing rendition of the Rolex GT series. Im really getting excited for the Next Gen Forza possibilities.

Harlen, I'll put out the list of available cars and their livery soon.

It may be possible to run what you ran in GTS, but its not guarenteed.

I wanted to say sorry for my leaving the race last night!  My kids just wouldn't leave me be for any bit of time and the wife was no help!  I believe it was oddball that asked if he put me off.  Sorry for not answering had my mic off. I let the race after I got hit in the face with a hot wheels corvette. Lol. Hope everyone had a good race
