Race day. When?

We've raced on Fridays in past series and have run into server problems. We're currently racing on Thursdays and I've kicked around Wednesdays as an option, but …

how about Monday; are we all too busy on Monday nights? Post your suggestions below.

I am availalble all day Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I can get on Sunday nights, but Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I work until 8 or 9pm and probably would miss all the races.

Mondays haunt me. They are terrible days, filled with misery and misfortune for any Monday that I try to do anything. Bad luck and misfortune follow Mondays, stopping off frequently on Remaggib street. They're so bad, Monday followed me to Wednesday, when a tire went flat driving through the parking lot. It was just a hair low, then I started driving, and flat. Which caused me to look at my other tires, and wouldn't you know it, Monday struck them too. So yeah, this particular Monday which waited till Wednesday to show up, is going to cost me $500.

To get back on topic, Mondays are not the best days for me. I'd prefer most other days

Okay, how about Sunday evening?

Sundays are tricky because when we visit family (average about once monthly, can be more depending on time of year) we get back late Sunday and I'm definitely not up for anything after a long car ride. If I got my back surgery that could change but right now I'd have to respectfully decline Sundays. Monday through Thursday is best for me, normal 9:00 EST start time. Once we get later than 9:30 EST start time it's very hard for me to swing that because the wife and I like some quiet time before bed.

I'm ok with late Sundays, like after 6pm AZ time.

It's been kind of quiet here lately, hasn't it? Let's fire up some muscular engines this summer.

I am game to host both U2 and O2 classes. Depending upon how the field fills (I won't fuss if we have more than 16) we'll either use a 1 room or a 2 room strategy. I'm going to make Sunday race day. What wins on Sunday sells on Monday, y'all.

I decided to host both classes with alterations to the rules because I really enjoy multi-class racing. The U2 cars are turbocharged to bring their total field to five selections. The O2 cars were allowed to exceed the standard 5L limit because small blocks are noticeably absent. The O2 field has seventeen different possible selections.

Just as in American Iron, I did not build cars to a similar performance index. Rather I gave each class similar parts and aimed for a common weight to power ratio.

Who's game to finish the last two events of season one? I ask because I am back on XB Live and I have a couple more people interested in a second season.

I'm down to finish.

Although most of my attention is with PWC right now and getting it ready to go. It seems we may be slated to run on Sunday or Monday, also I'm cutting my 90's stuff short so that will free up Friday.

Should we just start the final two as merely test races and let the info pass into a solid start of Season 2 during the summer?  With more interested now or new folks interested it would be fun to have a solid go of things.

We're just going to finish the first season. I like that new racers are interested for the possibility of shaking up the points race

After it's done we can continue into testing for a second season.

The points are gone in my mind and its all for fun.... and I plan to win ALL the fun!

As for T/A, I would say schedule is not defined. We were on a long break so I would wait and see what we come up with this week.
