At Laguna Seca, Wolfpack continued with his consistency, piloting the #88 US Navy Camaro to a victory and second place finish in California. The #4 Dodge Challenger of Squid also takes home a win and a runner up trophy. Stalker, in his #90 Roush Mustang, finished third in both GTS races, with the Maserati of Pablo in 4th and Acura of Oddball in 5th, rounding out the top five in both races.

Warspite's #32 Badboys Corvette takes the double, winning on his first and second attempts. Hunter lead for 8 laps until the Corvette overtook the Mclaren and never looked back. Moesavy in the #20 Cadillac managed to get by the #45 Mclaren for second, Hunter finishes third in race one. The night cap saw Warspite leave the line from the pole and off into the sunset, followed by GT points leader Sainted and second place driver Dr PiiHB. The #3 Porsche and #1 Nissan had no chance of catching the Corvette, while the McLaren of Manuel finishes forth just in front of Moesavy. A strong field of thirteen drivers started on the grid, eleven separated by less than a half second in best lap comparisons.

Monday's race is a double point event, one race, 22 laps make up round 9, so the qualifying session will be very important. Ten different winners in sixteen races, who will be the fastest, most consistent driver for 90 miles? Will we see another first time winner in GT & GTS? We will find out Monday June 2nd from one of the oldest and most distinguished of all the tracks in North America, live from Elkhart Lake Wisconsin, it's Road America.

Racing Note:
Much like Laguna Seca, Road America was conceived during a time when racing on public roads was becoming too dangerous to justify. Pressure from race organizers and government officials led to the abandonment of racing on the roads near Elkhart Lake, and ultimately to the construction of Road America in the span of just five months. Unlike virtually every course of its age, Road America has managed to maintain its original four mile, 14-turn layout (except for the addition of a chicane during modern AMA races)—despite a major renovation of the track facilities in 1992, all of the elevation changes and sharp turns have been preserved, making Road America a course that must be carefully studied to master. Highlights includes Turn 6, located under the Corvette Bridge, where a small hill obstructs the view to the blind left-hander beyond, and the steep climb up the final straight that makes overtaking through speed alone a formidable struggle. With its sharp turns, hilly terrain and long straights, Road America needs special attention to detail, especially getting power down from the turns to the straights. Gearing is critical on this track and so is having the testículos to go flat out through the kink.

Schedule Note:
TC/TCB Races have been moved to Sunday evenings.
Practice schedule & session times subject to change, dependent upon driver availability.

This race is going to be insane!   We just ran the TC/TCBs at Road America and it was side by side, over/under moves in every corner.  Manuel(Mini Cooper), Wolfpack(Scion FRS), Moe(Kia Forte), and myself(SRT Neon SRT-4) had a relentless race.   We were so close we even were attempting to pass in the kink and Corvette corner!  Came back with all the fenders mostly intact and huge smiles.  Cant wait to watch the replay!
