Did you watch last year's Cup Series plate racing? They couldn't tandem draft. It was all 2-3 wide pack racing. So it seems they've already done it.

Agreed, but that's in the NSCS. I was referring to the NNS and NCWTS.

It's interesting. I didn't dislike the old format, but I don't dislike this format either... Gonna be interesting for sure...

I don't mind it. It adds a new facet to qualifying, mostly for the drivers. They'll quickly figure out the best and most consistent way to get through it.
