So while racing at Road America last week, I was the victim of a bump and run.

After some junkyard searching I was able to come across a door for my ride, while the shop fixed the body under the door. Got back, and got the door mounted, and brought the car out to snap a quick picture before it got too dark out.

The next morning was paint. Sun was real bright and warm so after the paint had mostly dried we brought it outside to bake a bit.

Finally got the stickers in for my car, got them on, and the next afternoon I got to take the car out and burn some rubber again. Good as new!

Though I'm debating putting a Yield or Stop sign on my car just so Simcik knows to stay away in the turns!

LOL Rem I have a stop sign if youd like it although I own a Neon and racing with Sim and Avanti its proven that kind of contact makes half the body panels on the Mopar fall off. Maybe a defensive tactic to cut the tires of the pursuing car?

Hm... Yeah, how can I mount spikes on my car... It would add weight at least, so I could have some more power!

The Halibrand wheels are sorta spikey...maybe the look will be enough to keep would be rammers at bay.

So Rem, I was looking at your pictures and I have a question. Why are you pulling yourself up onto the steering wheel and not sitting back into the seat? You're not even wearing your harness! Are you insane? The HANS device is useless without the harness. (third picture down)

It was a hard hit, Simcik not only tried to side-punt me into the next time zone, but somehow managed to break the shoulder harnesses and I had only the lap belts left. In this picture I was throwing my body forward to regain some momentum after being pounded to a pulp. Usually though, it's just that I truly AM insane, and drive with a stick up my butt.

Oh, sure, blame me! I see how this is going down...

What I didn't see was you creeping up on my outside...

Man, I'm glad I'm out of that damn bucket...

It's all good sir, no harm done. I think it was actually just cosmetic damage, don't think the game charged me credits for damage. Just had to have fun, and kill some time!
