Cars with unique and interesting vinyl tricks
Pulled from forzamotorsport.net. These tricks are really cool finds. Stalker, I have a feeling you'll be changing the colors of your Boss' stripes.
It's a shame Turn 10 didn't … you know … give us a way to swap engines in some Easter Egg type fashion. That'd be awesome.

I've actually done this already, I was telling Gary.... or Squid about this a few weeks ago.
Its a cool trick, but I still think you should be able to remove them completely.

You can but its not the same surface rendering, it doesn't look right, I tried.

That's a good suggestion though no matter what body color is selected the stripes are a flat tone, exhibiting no reflections where the body does. There are some flat tones on the Maserati Gran Turismo, it might be possible to use the "previous color" trick on the Mustang and match colors that way? You'd just be limited to the flat tones from the Maser.

Re: Cars with unique and interesting vinyl tricks
The white reflects darker in the strip itself, I color matched that off white in the color mixer
Problem is, the light color reflects darker with limited light and the darker shade reflects lighter in the more prominent light.
You can't pull the matte finish trick with the Mustang, but you can match the color pretty close, just don't drive the car in the shade or the strips will show.
